Both scans you linked have a usable image size of less than 1175px and would not be accepted on AP. Additionally, scans do not appear right away, and have to be manually approved unlike on MT. Please read the FAQ before submitting scans, it takes a couple of minutes, and you won't lose papers due to your mistakes.
